Q. How are we able to offer you CASH BACK for a real estate referral?
A. My services are available to you at no cost. The seller is responsible for paying their real estate professional an agreed upon commission, we get paid from the referred Real Estate Professional a referral fee(25%) and from that we give you 20%.

 
Q. When will I receive my Cheque?
A. Once the home purchase or sale has completed you can expect to receive a cheque in approximately 10 business days. We collect our referral fee from the referred Real Estate Professional's commission.

 
Q. What is the role of the Acme Realty Inc.?
A. Acme Realty's realtor, Martin Sarkissian will personally assist you in matching a Real Estate Professional to your exact requirements. Martin knowledgeable with 5+ years in real estate and is well suited to help select a Real Estate Professional for you, based on variables such as location, property type, etc. Martin Sarkissian is available to answer any questions you may have about your relationship with your Real Estate Professional.
 
Q. When will I be contacted by the referred Real Estate Professional?
A. Once you sign up, Martin Sarkissian will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your specific preferences to help them match you with a trained and licensed Real Estate Professional.
 
Q. What if I am dissatisfied with the Real Estate Professional I was placed with but wish to continue with the your program?
A. If you are not satisfied with the Real Estate Professional you are working with, and have not yet signed a real estate contract, you are under no obligation to continue working with them. Call or email us with a request to be placed with a new Real Estate Professional. We will be pleased to assist you in working with another Real Estate Professional.
 
Q. I am already working with a Real Estate Professional, may I still use your services?
A.  If you are already working with a Real Estate Professional and are satisfied with their service we suggest that you continue working with them. If you are under contract with an agent, you are not eligible to use our services.

 
Q. If I do not close with your Referred Real Estate Professional will I still be eligible for the CASH BACK?
A. In order to be eligible for the CASH BACK incentive, you must successfully complete and close a real estate transaction with the specified referred Real Estate Professional.

 
Q. What if I am matched with a Real Estate Professional and later decide I do not want to participate?
A. Prior to signing a real estate contract to buy or sell your home, you may opt out of our program at any time. To opt out, simply email us. In order to better serve future customers your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
